How to Download Instagram Reels Audio (iPhone, Android, and PC)

Instagram doesn't give you a native way to save a Reel to your device, and it definitely doesn't offer a way to pull out just the audio track. Both are common needs anyway — saving a Reel for offline viewing, or grabbing a song or sound clip to use as reference audio elsewhere. Here's how to do both, on whichever device you're using.

First, find the Reel's link

Every method below starts the same way, regardless of device: you need the Reel's share link.

Open the Reel in the Instagram app or on instagram.com.
Tap the paper-airplane share icon beneath the Reel.
Choose Copy Link.

That link is a public URL pointing to that specific Reel. Note that this only works for Reels posted by public accounts — Instagram doesn't generate a usable public link for a private account's content, and no downloader tool can retrieve media a private account is withholding.

Downloading the full Reel video

On iPhone

Copy the Reel's link as described above.
Open Safari (or your preferred browser) and go to IGAnony's Reels Downloader.

A note on reusing someone else's audio
